Kai is a trans AuDHDer with lived experience of an eating disorder. He is a researcher, sexologist, educator, and PhD candidate at The University of Western Australia and the Kids Research Institute Australia. His work focuses on eating disorders, gender diversity, neurodivergence, and their intersections. Alongside his research, Kai provides neuro-affirming tutoring to support neurodivergent students with their studies. In his "spare" time, he volunteers with greyhound welfare and advocacy organisations and has contributed to work highlighting injury and welfare concerns in the racing industry.
