Focused on building neurodiversity-affirming, accessible, and inclusive eating disorder healthcare.
My Story
Anna (they/them) is a proud neurodivergent (Autistic-ADHD), queer, non-binary dietitian, with lived experience of an eating disorder. With undergraduate degrees in Business (Finance) and Nutrition and Dietetics, they have more than 10 years of experience as a dietitian, working in a range of clinical settings.
Anna has specialist skills in paediatric nutrition - specifically in supporting families whose children are experiencing feeding/eating disturbances and supporting individuals with feeding and eating disorders, and those with food allergies and intolerances.
Anna has recently turned their focus to research and is currently undertaking a PhD at Bond University, exploring the potential for neurodiversity-affirming feeding and nutrition practices to improve the health and wellbeing outcomes of neurodivergent individuals.
Anna also works as a Sessional Teaching Fellow in the Clinical Domain of Bond University's Master of Nutrition & Dietetic Practice Program.
In their spare time, Anna enjoys skateboarding and being silly with their two small humans.
